This is a multi-step process that organizes information across systems, timelines, and specialties to identify meaningful patterns, highlight key questions, and support more focused next steps with your care team.

In addition to the map itself, this work includes guided review and clarification — helping you make sense of what’s emerging, refine key questions, and understand how to bring this information back into your care.

It is especially helpful when important pieces of a medical story are distributed across multiple providers, records, or time periods.

This work is educational and analytical and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

  The map is updated based on our conversation, incorporating additional nuance, clarification, and pattern alignment

• 45-minute follow-up conversation (Refined Synthesis Review)
  A second structured review to solidify understanding and clarify how to use the map in conversations with your licensed clinician

After purchase, you will receive a confirmation that includes:

After documents are submitted, you will receive scheduling links to complete your review sessions.
