Continuing Clinical Spotlight Mapping with Lynn

How to Choose Your Mapping Support

All three options keep your Clinical Spotlight Map current as your medical picture evolves. The difference is how much support you'd like between updates.

Quarterly Mapping — For periodic updates

A good fit if your medical picture is relatively stable and you'd like a dedicated review every three months to integrate new information.

Ongoing Mapping — For regular check-ins

A good fit if things are changing and you'd appreciate monthly conversations to review developments, explore patterns, and identify next steps.

Active Mapping — For more hands-on support

A good fit if you're navigating appointments, complex clinical questions, or multiple moving pieces and would benefit from dedicated support between quarterly map updates.

Choosing 3 or 6 Months

Both lengths include the same level of support. Choose 3 months for a shorter commitment, or 6 months if you'd prefer more continuity without needing to renew as soon.

Not sure which to choose?

You don't need to find the perfect option. Choose the level that seems most useful for where you are right now. If you'd like help deciding, you're welcome to reach out before enrolling.

Reviews

““This experience was eye opening. Lynn connected my labs/results and symptoms in a way that made sense, and I left feeling validated, understood, and empowered with a practical plan I can actually follow.”

— Amber W., Clinical Spotlight Map Client

“"Lynn Frair possesses a rare blend of clinical prowess and communicative competence. I have met many health professionals who know their field but struggle to communicate their knowledge, and a few who have excellent bedside manner but lack scientific rigor. In her case, BOTH of these wonderful traits are somehow found in a single human!"

—John Fotheringham, Clinical Spotlight Map Client

"There's really nobody better than Lynn to deep-dive into a complex case. Through a Clinical Spotlight Map, she looked at multiple facets of the biochemistry and suggested concrete avenues for exploration with a practitioner... Lynn's guidance was incredibly helpful to pair with my own knowledge and that of my own practitioner... She has deep empathy for those with complex cases, as she and her daughters have all been complex cases themselves. Hiring Lynn is an investment worth every penny."
