Medical pictures evolve. New labs arrive, symptoms change, treatments are introduced, and new questions emerge.

Quarterly Mapping keeps your Clinical Spotlight Map current without requiring monthly meetings or ongoing appointment support.

Each remapping is a full resynthesis, not an addendum. New information is integrated back into the broader pattern rather than appended to the end of an old document. What comes back is one coherent picture, current as of that quarter.

Is Quarterly Mapping the right fit for me?

This may be a good fit if:

• You want your Clinical Spotlight Map kept current as new information emerges.

• You value having a dedicated meeting to understand what's changed and discuss priorities.

• You generally feel comfortable managing appointments and new information between quarterly updates.

• You'd like comprehensive mapping without the additional cost or commitment of monthly meetings.

You might prefer Ongoing Mapping if monthly conversations would help you process developments, think through new information, or work through changing priorities.

You might prefer Active Mapping if you also want dedicated help preparing for specialist appointments, organizing clinical questions, or exploring specific concerns between remaps.

There isn't a wrong choice. Every mapping option includes the same depth of clinical synthesis. The difference is how much additional support you'd like between updates.

You can choose independently, or you're welcome to email me if you'd like help deciding. There's no expectation to choose more support than you need.

What's included

Two complete quarterly remappings

Your existing Clinical Spotlight Map is updated and resynthesized as a whole every three months, incorporating relevant new labs, symptoms, treatment changes, clinical developments, and emerging questions.

Each update builds on the evolving clinical picture, allowing us to follow changes over time rather than starting from scratch.

Two 45-minute review meetings

After each updated map is delivered, we'll meet to review meaningful changes, discuss priorities, and identify questions worth raising with your healthcare providers.

Meetings can be by video or audio-only call, whichever works better for you.

Streamlined updates

You'll provide relevant new records and complete a brief update form before each remapping. Previously collected history can be carried forward so we can focus on what's changed rather than rebuilding your history from scratch.

Clarifying questions by email

Brief questions about your updated maps are welcome, with replies typically within 2–3 business days.

If something requires additional research, extensive review, or a separate written synthesis, I'll let you know before beginning any additional paid work.

What's not included

This option does not include:

• Monthly check-in meetings.

• Preparation for specialist appointments.

• Attendance at medical appointments.

• Separate focused research or synthesis documents.

• Ongoing clinical review between quarterly updates.

Additional services may be arranged separately when helpful.

Why choose six months?

Six months includes two complete quarterly remapping cycles and two review meetings.

This may be a good fit if:

• You anticipate several appointments, treatments, or clinical developments over the coming months.

• You'd like to see how your clinical picture evolves over more than one mapping cycle.

• You want the continuity of having someone familiar with your medical history following the changes.

• You prefer to arrange your support in advance rather than making another purchasing decision after three months.

The six-month option also offers a modest price reduction compared with purchasing two separate three-month packages.

Not sure you'll need six months? Starting with three months is completely reasonable. You don't need to predict your medical needs perfectly, and we can reassess before your next cycle.

Payment options

Total: $4,080

Choose whichever payment approach works best for you:

• Pay $4,080 in full.

• Pay $680 at checkout, followed by five monthly payments of $680.

The total price is the same either way. This is a six-month service package, not an automatically renewing monthly subscription.

Available to clients who have completed an initial Clinical Spotlight Map.

You don't need to track all the details of the mapping process. I'll guide you through providing updates, reviewing changes, and making the most of our meetings.
