Ongoing Mapping — 6 Months

$6,120.00
Limit 1 per order

Your Clinical Spotlight Map, rebuilt every quarter around what's new — with monthly check-ins to help you navigate what happens in between.

Medical pictures rarely stay still. New labs arrive, symptoms change, treatments are introduced, and appointments bring new questions.

Ongoing Mapping provides continuity between updates, so you don't have to wait until the next remapping cycle to talk through meaningful changes in your clinical picture.

Each quarterly remapping is a full resynthesis, not an addendum. New information is integrated back into the broader pattern rather than appended to the end of an old document. What comes back is one coherent picture, current as of that quarter.

Is Ongoing Mapping the right fit for me?

This may be a good fit if:

  • You want your Clinical Spotlight Map kept current as new information emerges.

  • You benefit from having regular conversations to process new developments and think through clinical questions.

  • Your medical picture changes between quarterly updates, and you'd appreciate a consistent thinking partner.

  • You'd like someone familiar with your history to help you organize questions and priorities as things evolve.

  • You want more continuity than a quarterly meeting provides, without needing extensive appointment preparation or separate written synthesis projects.

You might prefer Quarterly Mapping if you'd be comfortable with one remapping and one dedicated review meeting every three months, without monthly check-ins.

You might prefer Active Mapping if you also want dedicated help preparing for specialist appointments, organizing clinical questions, or exploring specific concerns through focused written synthesis.

There isn't a wrong choice. Every mapping option includes the same depth of clinical synthesis. The difference is how much additional support you'd like between updates.

You can choose independently, or you're welcome to email me if you'd like help deciding. There's no expectation to choose more support than you need.

What's included

Two complete quarterly remappings

Your existing Clinical Spotlight Map is updated and resynthesized as a whole every three months, incorporating relevant new labs, symptoms, treatment changes, clinical developments, and emerging questions.

Rather than creating a collection of disconnected updates, each remapping integrates what's new into the larger clinical picture.

Over six months, this allows us to follow evolving patterns, revisit earlier questions, and see how developments fit together over time.

Six monthly 45-minute check-ins

We'll meet once each month to review developments, discuss questions, explore emerging patterns, and identify priorities.

In months when an updated map is delivered, that month's check-in serves as your remapping review. In other months, it's a standalone conversation focused on what's happening now.

Preparation and relevant follow-up are included as part of these meetings.

Your choice of meeting format

You can choose video, audio-only, or a written check-in reviewed and answered within 2–3 business days.

The format can change from one month to the next, depending on what works best for you.

Streamlined updates

You'll provide relevant new records and complete a brief update form before each remapping.

Previously collected history can be carried forward, so we can focus on what's changed rather than rebuilding your history from scratch.

Clarifying questions by email

Brief questions about your map or topics we've already discussed are welcome between check-ins, with replies typically within 2–3 business days.

If something requires additional research, extensive records review, or a separate written synthesis, I'll let you know before beginning any additional paid work.

You don't have to track when your remappings or monthly check-ins are due. I'll help keep the process organized.

What's not included

This option does not include:

  • Dedicated specialist appointment preparation.

  • Attendance at medical appointments.

  • Separate focused research or synthesis documents.

  • Unlimited email consultation or ongoing review of new records between scheduled updates.

  • Weekly check-in meetings.

Additional services may be arranged separately when helpful.

If you anticipate needing regular appointment preparation or focused written synthesis, Active Mapping may be a better fit.

Why choose six months?

Six months includes two complete quarterly remapping cycles and six monthly check-ins.

This may be a good fit if:

  • You anticipate multiple appointments, treatments, or clinical developments over the coming months.

  • You'd like consistent support while exploring a longer sequence of clinical questions.

  • You want time to see whether changes in symptoms, treatment, or clinical direction are holding.

  • You find continuity helpful and would rather not make another purchasing decision after only three months.

  • You appreciate knowing that regular check-ins and remapping support are already arranged.

The six-month option also offers a modest price reduction compared with purchasing two separate three-month packages.

Not sure you'll need six months?

Starting with three months is completely reasonable.

You don't have to predict your medical needs perfectly. We can reassess what level of support would be useful before your next renewal.

Payment options

Total: $6,120

Choose whichever payment approach works best for you:

  • Pay $6,120 in full.

  • Pay $1,020 at checkout, followed by five monthly payments of $1,020.

The total price is the same either way.

This is a six-month service package, not an automatically renewing monthly subscription. Monthly installments are payments toward the full package price, rather than month-to-month enrollment.

Good to know

Available to clients who have completed an initial Clinical Spotlight Map.

You don't need to manage every detail of the mapping process yourself. I'll guide you through providing updates, reviewing changes, and making the most of our conversations.

The goal is to make your evolving medical picture easier to understand and navigate, without having to reconstruct your history every time something changes.

Health education and investigative synthesis. Not medical care, not a diagnosis, and not a replacement for your licensed providers in your state of residence.
