Active Mapping — 3 Months
Your Clinical Spotlight Map, rebuilt around what's new — with monthly check-ins and dedicated support for the appointments and clinical questions that matter most.
Medical pictures rarely stay still. New labs arrive, symptoms change, treatments are introduced, and appointments bring new questions.
Active Mapping provides continuity between updates, along with dedicated time to prepare for important appointments, investigate specific clinical questions, and organize complex information into something useful.
Each quarterly remapping is a full resynthesis, not an addendum. New information is integrated back into the broader pattern rather than appended to the end of an old document. What comes back is one coherent picture, current as of that quarter.
Active Mapping adds something more: the opportunity to focus closely on particular pieces of that picture when the timing matters.
Waiting three months for a specialist appointment isn't something anyone can fix. Making sure that appointment counts is.
Is Active Mapping the right fit for me?
This may be a good fit if:
You want your Clinical Spotlight Map kept current as new information emerges.
You benefit from regular conversations to process developments and think through clinical questions.
You have upcoming specialist appointments and want help organizing your history, questions, and priorities beforehand.
You have specific clinical questions that would benefit from a focused review or written synthesis.
You're navigating several areas of your medical picture at once and would appreciate dedicated preparation between mapping updates.
You'd like someone already familiar with your larger clinical picture to help you focus on the details that matter most at a particular moment.
You might prefer Quarterly Mapping if you primarily want your map kept current, with one dedicated review meeting every three months.
You might prefer Ongoing Mapping if you'd benefit from monthly conversations but don't anticipate needing dedicated appointment preparation or separate written synthesis projects.
There isn't a wrong choice. Every mapping option includes the same depth of clinical synthesis. The difference is how much additional support you'd like between updates.
You can choose independently, or you're welcome to email me if you'd like help deciding. There's no expectation to choose more support than you need.
What's included
One complete quarterly remapping
Your existing Clinical Spotlight Map is updated and resynthesized as a whole, incorporating relevant new labs, symptoms, treatment changes, clinical developments, and emerging questions.
Rather than creating a collection of disconnected updates, the remapping integrates what's new into the larger clinical picture.
Three monthly 45-minute check-ins
We'll meet once each month to review developments, discuss questions, explore emerging patterns, and identify priorities.
In the month your updated map is delivered, that month's check-in serves as your remapping review. In other months, it's a standalone conversation focused on what's happening now.
Preparation and relevant follow-up are included as part of these meetings.
Your choice of check-in format
You can choose video, audio-only, or a written check-in reviewed and answered within 2–3 business days.
The format can change from one month to the next, depending on what works best for you.
Three prepared pieces per three-month cycle
These are dedicated pieces of work designed to help you make the most of appointments, organize complex information, or explore a focused clinical question.
Examples include:
Specialist appointment preparation: Your relevant history assembled, key findings organized, questions drafted and prioritized, and guidance on which questions may be most useful to raise with that particular clinician.
Focused clinical synthesis: A written exploration of one specific question, clinical pattern, or area of concern, integrating relevant information from your existing map and available records.
Appointment paperwork preparation: Help organizing medical history and pre-filling factual sections of specialist intake forms, leaving personal experiences, symptom descriptions, and subjective answers for you to review and complete.
Prepared pieces can be used when they're most helpful. There is no requirement to use exactly one each month.
If you have three important appointments in one month and none the next, we can organize the work around that schedule.
Each prepared piece has an agreed scope before work begins. If a request requires substantially more research or preparation than one piece reasonably covers, we'll discuss that together first.
All three prepared pieces are available during your three-month cycle. Unused pieces do not roll over into a future cycle.
Streamlined updates
You'll provide relevant new records and complete a brief update form before your remapping.
Previously collected history can be carried forward, so we can focus on what's changed rather than rebuilding your history from scratch.
Clarifying questions by email
Brief questions about your map, prepared pieces, or topics we've already discussed are welcome between check-ins, with replies typically within 2–3 business days.
If something requires additional research, extensive records review, or a separate written synthesis, I'll let you know before beginning. Depending on the request, it may become one of your three prepared pieces or an additional service.
You don't have to track when your check-ins, remapping, or prepared pieces are due. I'll help keep the process organized.
What's not included
This option does not include:
Attendance at medical appointments.
Unlimited appointment preparation or separate synthesis projects beyond the three included prepared pieces.
Unlimited email consultation or ongoing review of new records outside the scheduled work.
Weekly check-in meetings.
Direct medical treatment, diagnosis, or medical decision-making.
Additional services, including virtual appointment attendance, may be arranged separately when available.
Why choose three months?
Three months includes one complete quarterly remapping, three monthly check-ins, and three prepared pieces.
This may be a good fit if:
You have important appointments or clinical decisions approaching in the next few months.
Several parts of your medical picture are changing at once.
You'd like more hands-on preparation and synthesis without committing to a longer period.
You want to experience Active Mapping before deciding whether this level of support is useful for you.
You don't have to predict every medical development or know exactly how you'll use each prepared piece when you enroll.
We'll identify priorities together and decide how to use the included work as your needs become clearer.
If you anticipate needing this support over a longer period, a six-month option is also available at a modestly reduced price.
Not sure you'll need this much support?
Starting with Quarterly or Ongoing Mapping is completely reasonable. Additional services can be arranged separately when needed.
We can reassess your support needs before your next cycle.
Payment options
Total: $5,100
Choose whichever payment approach works best for you:
Pay $5,100 in full.
Pay $1,700 at checkout, followed by two monthly payments of $1,700.
The total price is the same either way.
This is a three-month service package, not an automatically renewing monthly subscription. Monthly installments are payments toward the full package price, rather than month-to-month enrollment.
Good to know
Available to clients who have completed an initial Clinical Spotlight Map.
You don't need to manage every detail of the mapping process yourself. I'll help organize the work, keep track of what's included, and identify where our time and attention may be most useful.
The goal isn't simply to produce more documents. It's to help make your evolving medical picture understandable, organized, and useful when you're working with your healthcare team.
Health education and investigative synthesis. Not medical care, not a diagnosis, and not a replacement for your licensed providers in your state of residence.
